What is pre-sale access?

Our pieces arrive by container a few times a year. Pre-sale access lets approved members reserve a piece from an incoming container before it lands, and before it is released to the public.

How do I get approved?

Submit the form on this page. Most applications are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days and you will receive an email once your access is active. Approved trade accounts already include pre-sale access, so there is no need to apply twice.

When will my piece ship?

You pay when you pre-order and we ship the moment the container lands, expected mid-August 2026. Container arrival depends on freight and customs clearance, so this window can move by a week or two. We email you as soon as your piece ships.

Do I lock in the current price?

Yes. The price you pay when you pre-order is the price you pay. Our wool and freight costs have risen, so prices increase when the next container lands. Pre-ordering holds today's price.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Cancel any time before your piece ships for a full refund. Once it ships, our standard return policy applies.

Does pre-sale access include trade pricing?

No. Pre-sale access is early access to incoming stock at the listed price. Trade pricing is separate and requires an approved trade account, which interior designers and architects can apply for on our trade page.

How many pieces are available?

Each container carries a limited number of pieces per size and color. The product page shows how many units are still available to pre-order, and once they are reserved that size and color is gone until the following container.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.
