Eligible rugs may be returned within 20 days of delivery. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Original shipping charges, excess shipping fees, customs, duties, taxes, and international import fees are non-refundable.

Vintage and one-of-a-kind items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom, made-to-order, resized, or otherwise specially produced items are final sale once submitted into production.
