RUGS:
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all rug orders within the continental United States.
Delivery timelines vary based on destination and order details. Most rug deliveries are completed within approximately 1–2 weeks from shipment, though timing may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
All rugs ship from our Los Angeles–based warehouse and are delivered to your front door. Depending on size and destination, orders may ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or freight delivery. Local rug deliveries may be handled by our in-house delivery team.
After your order is placed, our team will contact you within 1–2 business days with an estimated delivery date.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order size.

VINTAGE:
Shipping options for vintage items vary based on size, weight, and handling requirements.
Small Vintage Items
Shipping costs for small vintage pieces are calculated at checkout based on size and handling. Local pickup in Los Angeles is available.
Large & Bulky Vintage Items (Furniture, Oversized Objects)
For large or bulky items, shipping is not included at checkout. After your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to coordinate shipping and provide a custom shipping quote. Shipping payment will be collected separately once the quote is approved. For Los Angeles–based customers, local delivery by our in-house delivery team may be available. Our team will reach out to coordinate delivery details after purchase. Please note that depending on product size, delivery method, and destination, items within the same order may arrive at different times.
QUESTIONS:
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Original shipping charges, excess shipping fees, customs, duties, taxes, and international import fees are non-refundable.
