We offer complimentary standard shipping on all rug orders within the continental United States.

Delivery timelines vary based on destination and order details. Most rug deliveries are completed within approximately 1–2 weeks from shipment, though timing may vary depending on location and carrier availability.

All rugs ship from our Los Angeles–based warehouse and are delivered to your front door. Depending on size and destination, orders may ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or freight delivery. Local rug deliveries may be handled by our in-house delivery team.

After your order is placed, our team will contact you within 1–2 business days with an estimated delivery date.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order size.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. The cost of return shipping will be calculated before the return is completed and may be deducted from the final refund.

Eligible rugs may be returned within 20 days of delivery. To begin a rug return, please contact us and we will provide return instructions and a return label, when applicable.

Original shipping charges, excess shipping fees, customs, duties, taxes, and international import fees are non-refundable.

Returned rugs must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition. Rugs must be properly wrapped and protected for transit.

Returned items are inspected once received. If a product or its packaging is not returned in acceptable condition, Forma Strata may deduct an amount from the refund for loss in value, damage, cleaning, repackaging, or handling required.

Once the return is delivered and inspected, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Custom, made-to-order, resized, or otherwise specially produced rugs are final sale once submitted into production.
